BASIC SERVICE AND PRICING
Direct Alarm Services has been providing professional wiring and installation services to some of Canada's leading alarm companies, as well as the general public since 1998, and is committed to providing its clients with the best service and attention to detail available.
Direct Alarm Services specializes in the installation and maintanance of a wide variety of low voltage products, such as Satellite/Cable, Network, CCTV, Alarm, Access Control, and Telecommunication Systems. However,
Direct Alarm Services does NOT offer monitoring services. You the customer can choose the alarm monitoring company of your choice.
The equipment supplied by Direct Alarm Services is 100% compatible with ANY Alarm Monitoring companies Central Monitoring Center.

Payment Policy
All Installations will be invoiced when the work is complete and all devices have been tested through.
Full payment is required within 30 days from the date of the invoice.
All Overdue invoice balances will be subject to a 2% per month (24% per annum) interest charge.

The Above information is based on Labor only. All materials, equipment, and fasteners, etc., used in the installation and or service work will be billed over and above the labor rate. Please contact Direct Alarm Services for further details.
Warrenty Information
Direct Alarm Services offers a 90 day warrenty on installation and labour. All of the equipment and fastners used during the installation will be warrentied by each individual manufacturer.

Service and Maintenance
$50.00 for the first hour within Calgary City Limits $40.00 per hour thereafter
$0.55 per Km for any travel outside Calgary City Limits
New and Retro Installations
$160.00 for the installation of Panel, Keypad, Siren, AC Transformer, and connection to customers exisitng telephone system. $40.00 per point for the installation of all other peripheral devices (i.e., Doors, Motions, Glass Breaks, extra Keypads, etc.) tied to the system. (This rate also includes final programming, testing, and customer training.)
Pre-Wired Installations
$20.00 per point to pre-wire new construction for residential and small commercial.
$20.00 per point to return after construction, and complete the terminations, programming, and equipment testing.
In a pre-wired home or business that has not been pre-wired by Direct Alarm Services, there is a charge of $160.00 for the Control panel, Keypad, Siren, AC Transformer, and connection to customers existing telephone system. $40.00 per point will be charged for the termination of all other peripheral devices (i.e., Doors, Motions, Glass Breaks, Extra Keypads, etc.)
