Direct Alarm Services has been providing professional wiring and installation services to some of Canada's leading alarm companies, as well as the general public since 1998. We are committed to providing our clients with the best service and attention to detail available.

We specialize in the installation and maintenance of a wide variety of low voltage products such as Satellite/Cable, Network, CCTV, Alarm, Access Control and Telecommunications systems. We offer a 90 day warranty on installation and labour. Equipment and fasteners used during installation are warrantied by the individual manufacturer.

We offer installation and maintenance on equipment for your home or business in Calgary and surrounding areas.

Rates

New / Retro Installation	$180 (covers installation of panel, keypad, siren, AC, and connection to existing telephone system.)
Additional devices	$40
Service & Maintenance (1st hour)*	$50
Service & Maintenance (additional hours)*	$40
	* A charge of $0.55 per Km applies for travel outside Calgary City limits
Pre-Wired Installations	$20 / device
Pre-Wire Completion	$20 / device
Pre-Wire Completion (other)	$180
In a home not pre-wired by DAS, this charge includes the control panel, keypad, siren, AC and connection to telephone services. $40 / device will be charged for any other devices.

Payment Policy

All installations will be invoiced when the work is complete to the customers satisfaction, and devices have been tested. Full payment is required within 30 days from the date of invoice. All overdue invoice balances will be subject to a 2% per month (24 % per annum) interest charge.
